Concrete placer wanted in Vigo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Vigo County, Indiana. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers On the job you will handle: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
