Machine operator — Pulaski County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator in Pulaski County, Indiana. The job is in a textile mill. On the job you will handle: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor 5+ years on the tools preferred.
