Immediate opening: bench joiner (California)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bench joiner in Shasta County, California. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. What we are looking for: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Day to day you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
