Thermal insulation technician — Fermanagh and Omagh

Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Fermanagh and Omagh, Northern Ireland. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Day to day you will apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
