Join our team: we are hiring a rigger in Sevier County, Arkansas. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Day-to-day duties: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
