Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Jack County, Texas. You will be based at a garment factory. On the job you will handle: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
