Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Knox County, Illinois. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Day to day you will apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
