Urgent requirement: machine operator (earthworks) (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Calhoun County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
