Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Santa Clara County, California. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
