Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
