Vacancy available: we are hiring a wood machinist in Washington County, Virginia. The job is on a commercial fit-out site. On the job you will handle: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
