Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Antelope County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
