Day to day you will cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash. You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
