The role involves set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
