Immediate opening: industrial sewing operator (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Greene County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Six days a week, one day off.
