Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
