You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
