We are recruiting: uPVC welding machine operator (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Atchison County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors 4+ years on the tools preferred.
