Power press operator — Eaton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Eaton County, Michigan. You will work at an auto components factory. Day to day you will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
