Join our team: surface coating operator (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Renfrewshire, Scotland. The job is at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
