Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. The job is at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing The role involves: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
