Vacancy available: kitchen porter (Northern Ireland)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. You will work at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Full-time, day shift.
