We are recruiting: machine setter-operator (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota. The role involves set up and start the machine as per the job card; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
