Maintenance painter • Benton County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Benton County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
