Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production assembler in Bland County, Virginia. The job is at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day to day you will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
