Fry cook — Gilliam County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Gilliam County, Oregon. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
