Power press operator wanted in Haywood County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power press operator in Haywood County, Tennessee. You will be based on the press shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Your main tasks: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation Full-time, day shift.
