Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Marion County, Georgia. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
