Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Fremont County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
