Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Cherokee County, Iowa. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
