Coating plant operator wanted in Midland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Midland County, Texas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
