Laundry presser — St. Francis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a laundry presser in St. Francis County, Arkansas. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
