Urgent requirement: heavy equipment operator (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. You will be based at a plant hire yard. On a typical shift you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; check for underground cables and services before digging; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Meals and transport allowance provided.
