We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
