Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Marion County, Kansas. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker We offer $20 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
