We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail sales associate in Moore County, Tennessee. The job is in a shopping mall outlet. What we are looking for: • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills Your main tasks: • Restock shelves and arrange the product display • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
