Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in City of Richmond, Virginia. Day to day you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Part-time with flexible hours. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
