Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Williamson County, Illinois. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks 6+ years on the tools preferred.
