We are recruiting: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Gwynedd, Wales. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £2,150 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
