Safety marshal wanted in Adams County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Adams County, Iowa. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
