Plumbing technician wanted in City of Charlottesville

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plumbing technician in City of Charlottesville, Virginia. You will be based on residential construction sites. Your main tasks: • Fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Chase walls and floors for concealed pipework • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
