Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Putnam County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy lift company. Day to day you will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
