Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick mason in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a commercial construction site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage On a typical shift you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
