Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Harris County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
