The role involves: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
