Banksman wanted in Aberdeen City

Now hiring: we are hiring a banksman in Aberdeen City, Scotland. You will work at a power plant. The role involves: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Meals and transport allowance provided.
