Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Salem County, New Jersey. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
