Fabricator-welder — Shelby County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Shelby County, Indiana. You will work on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing.
