Injection moulding machine operator — Kearney County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Kearney County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Rotating shifts.
