Join our team: power float operator (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power float operator in Midland County, Michigan. You will work at an infrastructure site. The role involves: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Part-time with flexible hours.
